Terms of Service

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was published in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Our collars are adjustable PVC straps with removable chunky 3D letters that slide onto the strap. The letters are not engraved or printed. Because every set includes the full alphabet, you can change your dog's name yourself at any time.

Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the real product depending on your display. Sizes follow our size guide — please measure your dog's neck before ordering.

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of the order through our payment provider. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already confirmed.

Delivery times, costs and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Your return and refund options are described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Collars and leashes are walking accessories, not restraint or tethering devices. Never leave your dog unattended while wearing the collar, check the fit regularly, and keep the 3D letters away from puppies and small children as they can be a choking hazard if removed. You are responsible for supervising your dog while our products are in use.

The MyPawName name, logo, product photos and site content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which our business operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
