Shipping Policy

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are prepared the next business day. You receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

• Standard delivery in Canada: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Remote and northern areas may take a few extra days.

Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, customs and busy periods can cause delays outside our control.

Shipping is free on all Canadian orders. The exact amount, if any applies to your order, is always shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships we email you a tracking link. If tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Please double-check your address at checkout — we cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email mypawname@proton.me with your order number and photos where relevant, and we will make it right.
